gempages invite collaborator feature doesnt work. customer service keeps sending me in circles and we’ve tried the same thing 4 times in a row, massive delays. If this doesn’t get resolved soon i’m going to be leaving a negative review

    I understand how frustrating this situation is. The collaboration permission is managed by Shopify, and we are currently reaching out to them directly to get this resolved.


    This issue does occasionally occur, and the last time it happened, Shopify was able to fix it within 30 minutes during their support hours.


    I’ll keep you updated as soon as we hear back from them.

      Hi we’ve got some updates from Shopify that they have removed the failed requests and we are still trying to send the request again.

      In the meantime, our customer support team has reviewed your shared page and can see the issues with padding and design. We’re able to provide guidance on how to adjust these without needing collaboration access, and they will send the guide you via in-app live chat shortly.
