Contact Form Field Colours

Currently there is no way to change the colour of the text that the user inputs on fields of contact forms. I have had the issues on 2 of my stores now where the text just comes up white and on others where it seems to have a mind of it’s own. It would be great if we could just choose the text colour when the user inputs text into form fields. This could also be applied to all options in the form section like drop downs. Overall greater customisation would be good for the form fields even in a basic way as colours including background ones too.
